It pains me to post a bad review for Dr. Turner, but it is the reality. I found her to be not patient centric and not very helpful or credible with her medical opinion or insights. I did not go see her for any cosmetic derm work, but a true medical condition and she struggled to come with an effective therapeutic plan. I felt she was just trying anything and everything hoping it would work and she wasn’t able to provide credible answers about why she is prescribing various topical medications. She also did not have a effective way to measure effectiveness of what she prescribed other than asking me how I feel. Honestly, I am extremely disappointed and did not feel like I went to a true medical doctor. Perhaps it’s how Dermatologists work. But, I post this only as a cautionary for patients that may be expecting a true solution to their problem.
