Michela Bird, LE

Michela is a licensed aesthetician and graduate of the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute of Philadelphia and the Institute for Laser and Aesthetic Medicine. Michela is a certified CoolSculpting technician and graduate of advanced training at the CoolSculpting University in Virginia. She leads our CoolSculpting program at Turner Dermatology.

Michela is certified in Sofwave, Radiofrequency Skin Tightening, Morpheus8, Intense Pulse Light (IPL), laser treatments for hair removal, rosacea, pigmentation and blood vessels, Pixel laser resurfacing, Aquagold treatments, Microneedling with Platelet Rich Plasma, PRF, Exosomes, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, VI peels, DiamondGlow, and other Aesthetic services. She is also an expert in Turner Dermatology skincare.

In addition, Michela completed a CPD accredited course approved by the NCEA (National Coalition of Esthetics Association) in “Understanding the Menopausal Skin”. This certification course allowed Michela to acquire the necessary knowledge of skin physiology and biology which helps her apply best practices to skin treatments and interventions. Michela can help you to cultivate a targeted skin care routine, addressing the common concerns associated with the natural aging process. She will design a customized at-home care routine as well as discuss in-office cosmetic treatments that may help you to attain a brighter, tighter, and more youthful appearance.

Her goal is to analyze, treat, and teach her clients how to care for their skin to keep them looking and feeling their best. Michela consults with clients to customize their treatments to achieve the best results for them in addition to giving them an enjoyable experience.
