To Our Family of Patients:
I am carefully monitoring the developing situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our patients remain our highest priority. As a result, and recognizing current health care guidelines, our physical office will be closed through April 1. We may need to extend this closure into the future pending further developments and governmental recommendations.
I want you to view Turner Dermatology as a resource at your disposal in these difficult times. Towards that end, we remain open for virtual visits and telephone communication, with our staff monitoring telephone messages throughout the day and scheduling virtual visits on a regular basis. Please know that we remain available to answer questions, address biopsy reports and refill medications.
I am actively exploring ways to be as available and as helpful as possible during what may be an extended period of time where physical contact is discouraged, such as formally incorporating telemedicine into our array of available services and will communicate more on this shortly.
Please be safe and follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC
(https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html).
I hope that this crisis will serve to bring us closer and make us stronger as a community in the days to come.
Sincerely,
Stacey Englander Turner, MD
